The manufacturing process of our products ranges from the selection of fruits upon delivery, where they undergo a system for selecting, washing, extraction, concentration, and packaging of the products both in the refrigerated and the aseptic systems, being stored correctly until cleared for shipping.

Treadmill and fruit washing

An automated system that transports and washes fruits with water jets, removing dirt and contaminants to ensure clean products that are ready for processing.

Blending tanks

Equipment to mix fruits and ingredients, creating homogeneous products such as juices and purees. They control temperature and stir to achieve a consistent mixture.


Sterilization

Concentrators

Equipment that removes water from juices and purees to create more concentrated products, maintaining flavor and nutrients and facilitating transport and storage.
